I dropped my vehicle off on the 28th of December 2025
I dropped my vehicle off on the 28th of December 2025 with an attached document requesting an oil change may drivers window looked at for the warranty problem and the recall of the window trim i had an appointment for first thing dec 29th the next morning. I got a text that afternoon saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. I live a hour away so i called to verify everything cause it seemed fast. I spoke to dekwan and he stated that the window is covered under warranty and they ordered the part it would be here next day. I explained i lived a hour away and i would just leave it with them since it was only 1 days to get the part. I figured in with the holiday i would just grab the car that friday. I also asked did they complete the oil change and the recall he then stated that they hadnt done either that he must have missed that when he looked at the paperwork he said yeah i missed that. Friday rolls around and the car still isnt ready said he needed another day or two to get the part in. I was going out of town that sunday so i left it with them. I called the middle of next week and they still hadnt fixed it or even moved the car as i get a notification when the car doors are opened and i had tooken a 360 snap shot and noticed it hadn't moved. I checked the next day and noticed same thing. I also noticed that not only had it not been worked on but they left my vehicle outside with the doors all unlocked. I left multiple messages and it was hours like 3-6 hours before anyone contacted me back. They finally did the oil change and got the correct part in for the window and fi
