Work completed before consulting with GSA
The representative, Drew, had work done on the vehicle before consulting with GSA for approval. Drew was very condescending in explaining to me how GSA worked and how they wouldn?t approve any work to be done, but then he did not even call them prior to having work completed on the car! Surprise, the work completed was unauthorized and Drew expected me to pay for his mistake. Then he kept saying that he would have his manager handle it. This event happened on Friday evening, I called Saturday morning to get my car, it still hadn?t been addressed. I called Monday morning and it still hadn?t been handled so I showed up Monday afternoon through an Uber, and the representative hadn?t even printed out the invoice so I had to speak with the manager myself to sort it all out. There was no urgency in resolving the issue created by the dealership and Drew didn?t even want to help fix the issue. I had to get others to help, who said Drew needed to do it, but he was claiming to be too busy to help.

Very poor service
Didn?t get 2 miles from dealership before car started leaking coolant and smoking again

Bad experience
I bought my vehicle back to this dealership to have my first oil change that I was informed would be free of charge, I was informed that the free oil change offer had expired even though I purchased my vehicle 5 months prior to this, and I was not informed that the offer expired at a certain time when the vehicle was purchased. I asked to speak with the service Manager who's name was Brad, when I approached Brad he was having a conversation with another customer so after waiting for 10 minutes for him to finish speaking with this customer I politely informed Brad that I needed to speak with him, he continued talking with the other customer for another 15-20 minutes while I was standing there, I could hear their conversation and it was just general conversation even though Brad knew what I wanted to speak with him about, he seemed like he was avoiding me. I finally went to the Sales Manager and he straightened out the issue and I was able to get the promised free oil change. Brad being a Manager of this dealership left a bad impression on me and I would not want to deal with him in the future.
