This dealership is just out to sell cars and dosentseem to care about the customer afrer the sale... I bought a 2020 Silverado in the beginning of March of 2022. It needed a def tank and they assured me that it would only take 2 to 3 weeks to get it in. I called on the 2nd week and it still wasn't in. I ended up getting in in may... It needed a new keyfob programmed so I figured they would have that done since they had the truck for 2 months, I was wrong. They ordered one and I had to drive back to get it, it was the wrong one... They ordered a new one and said they would filll my tank up because I had to come back which they did. While I was there I wanted them to check out a noise coming from the front end and they said they would, 2 hours later I asked how it was going and they said they were fixing the problem i had mentioned which was great but it would have been nice to know... The servece department said it was ready 3 1/2 hours later and I went out to drive away. Much to my surprise I went out and the new keyfob wasn't in the truck, I went in and asked about it and they said it hadn't been programmed yet. They said it would only take a few minutes and that I could wait in the parking lot and they would bring it right out when it was done. 20 minutes later I went into the waiting room to wait. 45 minutes later my truck was ready. About 3 weeks after I received the truck the air filter warning light came on, I checked the filter and it was very dirty, obviously it was not checked when they dod the oil change, I figured when you buy a 65,000.00 truck that the fluids and filters would be changed and it would have been gone through, I wonder what else will come up??? I am currently sitting in the waiting room waiting on my "free" oil change and it has been 1 1/2 hours with an appointment... Unless you are buying a new vehicle i would stay away from them and even then consider other options.

Terribly rude!

I'm not even going to get into my long story of how bad are experience was with buying a car here. But even after the fact of getting my car and having to go back three months later because it needs new parts in it already, the sales people are just rude as xxxx! Service department seemed nice. Waiting in the hallway to get our car fixed and every single sales person who walked by I smiled at and there reaction to that was to stink there nose up in the air at me and or not say hello or smile back. Rude! So between the rudeness and the buying my car experience, I will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever! Literally just had two of my friends ask me where they should go for a new car and I specifically said not where I just went!

Potential new car customers beware. Was entertaining the idea of trading in my nearly brand new Durango for a new truck and I was offered about $12,000 less on my trade then what is fair market value for the vehicle. They made it abundantly clear that they only care about money as they were showing their greed. So if you’re going to be trading your car into them make sure you get a second opinion on the value because they will clearly try to rip you off. Pretty sad that they’re willing to let a new customer walk away over being greedy.
