I’ve been looking for a specific truck and Bruner motors had it, I emailed them and they responded quickly that they had it. I had financing already set up so they emailed me everything I asked for and the deal got done. Drove 3.5 hours to pick it up. When I arrived it was cleaned up and ready to go. No surprises, fast and easy customer service, Kyle was great to deal with!

Found the car we wanted, called first thing and asked if it was available. Bart said yes so we did a credit app. Then he tells us someone came in with a trade so they are selling to them instead. I’m sorry but if we were there in person there is NO WAY THIS WOULD’VE HAPPENED. Worst customer service ever and I will never recommend this dealer.

Russell, our service writer was incredibly attentive and helpful, he went above and beyond to explain our issue and greeted us each time with a genuine smile and willingness to help that is very uncommon in the auto service industry. Having owned and serviced many cars in my lifetime I would go so far to say Russell needs a raise as his customer service is unparalleled. Bruner Motors absolutely gained a customer for life.
