Payed for a car in full 3 weeks ago still waiting on repairs to be made and they tried to give me the car with the engine light still on after waiting for 3 hours and being told it was fixed

My husband was wanting a new pick up for work and personal use. He found exactly what he wanted on Chuck Nash’s website. Therefore we drove 90 min to their dealership instead of one much closer. Upon arrival we were told they would not sell it to us due to being a fleet vehicle. This was nowhere listed on their website. Apparently it is only for sell for companies with a fleet number. The manager and salesman tried showing us their pickups for personal use. None of them are diesel or long beds which were my husbands two requirements. So if you are wanting with of these do now waste your time like we did. When we questioned the website we were told they had no control over what was on the website. Keep in mind we were prepared to pay chash today too but they didn’t want to hear it.

I had an outstanding experience. Rick was the best! Super attentive and took the time to explain things clearly to me. His professionalism and customer service is second to none! I’ll buy all my future vehicles from him!
