This review is specifically about Aleta Cortez and Miguel Cuetos at Cavender Buick GMC North. After purchasing a new vehicle a month ago, the dealership identified a paperwork error and asked me to return in person to redo documents to resolve their issue. I arrived at the scheduled time and explained the situation to Aleta when she questioned me about being there. I expressed my frustration in a direct but non-abusive way. She showed no indication of concern and walked away. Shortly after, Miguel Cuetos approached me and immediately accused me of being verbally abusive to his staff, without first asking what was said or seeking my side of the interaction. When I asked what I had supposedly said that was abusive, he said he didn’t know what was said, only that Aleta was offended and had complained. Be aware that expressing frustration, even professionally, may be escalated to accusations without clarification. Choose your words carefully if you interact with or near Aleta and know that the senior level staff will not even attempt to clarify things before making serious accusations.

Purchased a Tesla from Cavender Buick GMC West in
Purchased a Tesla from Cavender Buick GMC West in November 2025. The vehicle was delivered without its standard Tesla home charger because the dealership had removed it and sold it for use on another vehicle. To compensate, the sales team promised to purchase and provide a replacement Tesla home charger at no cost to me. This was put in writing on a "We Owe" form, clearly stating the dealership's obligation, and signed by one of the managers. Nearly two months later, the charger has not arrived. I've been told repeatedly by staff that "it's been purchased" and "it's ordered and shipping soon," but there's been no delivery, no tracking info, and no initiative from the dealership. I've called multiple times asking to speak with a manager, left voicemails with my details and purchase information, and received zero return calls. This isn't just delayed service—it's a complete failure to fulfill a manager-signed, written commitment made to close the sale. It's left me frustrated and without full value from my purchase. Still no charger and no resolution as of December 30, 2025.

I purchased a Tesla from Cavender Buick GMC in November 2025. The vehicle arrived without its standard home charger because the dealership had removed it and sold it for use on another vehicle they sold previously. To resolve this, my sales associate promised that the dealership would purchase and provide a replacement Tesla home charger at no cost to me. This commitment was documented in writing: I have a signed "We Owe" form clearly stating the dealership's obligation to provide the charger, and it was even signed by one of the managers. Almost two months later, the charger still has not been delivered. I've been repeatedly assured by various staff members that "it's already been purchased" and "it's ordered and will ship soon." No charger, no tracking number, no follow-up from the dealership. I've called multiple times requesting to speak with a manager, left detailed voicemails with my information and purchase details, and have yet to receive even one return call. This is not merely an oversight—it's a failure to honor a signed contractual obligation. It has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely eroded my trust in Cavender Buick GMC. Potential buyers should be cautious: written promises and manager-signed documents apparently carry little weight here once the sale is complete. I recommend shopping at a dealership that follows through on its commitments. Still waiting with no resolution as of December 30, 2025.
