Purchased a vehicle with my son at Reliable, his first purchasing experience. It was awful!!! Naqufal, the sales person, was incredibly rude, obviously young and inexperienced in dealing with customers appropriately, disregardful of our requests to address an issue on the vehicle which was ruined and unsafe. Sales Mgr. was equally unconcerned about even engaging with us or speaking with us at all about the ruined equipment. No customer service or even manners/ kindness!! When you spend $45k you expect professionalism at least!!! Last car we will ever buy there!! Wish my son had a better buying experience. Bought 2 more cars that week and was treated like a king at those dealerships!! Got a key chain, hat, a pen, and kind enthusiasm for the purchases, oil changes,...etc. NOT HERE!!! What ever happened to customer service!!!!😑

Just a little bit disappointed?..
I?m usually really happy and pleased with my service and experience. But I can?t say that I am happy with my recent visit. I feel as if my service was subpar. I came in for my 30,000 mile maintenance service and some parts of the service I felt that I didn?t need just yet. So I ended up just getting what I?d consider regular maintenance service?such as oil change, fluid inspections, tire rotation and some filters replaced. As I stated earlier I have been dealing with Reliable Chevrolet since November 2020. I purchased my SUV there and continued to have all of my maintenance services done there. I?ve been very impressed with the customer service and the overall service up until this past visit. I drove away and noticed that my low washer fluid message was still showing up. My engine oil filter life said it was at 50%, and that was a filter that I was having replaced. So I?m not sure if it was replaced and just not reset or if I paid for something that I didn?t get. So I got home and my boyfriend is going to check to see if my filters were actually replaced when he gets back in town. I looked at my last service invoice from February 2022 and compared it to this one. Because the price was significantly higher than before. I had the same maintenance done in February with the exception of, on this visit I had my engine air filter replaced and my cabin air filter replaced. I also received engine oil conditioner which I didn?t ask for by the way. In February I paid $86.84 and this visit my total was $243.00 with a $25.00 off coupon. So I?m a little confused as to how two air filters and engine oil conditioner makes my price increase by $156.00? The two filters were roughly $50.00 each at least that?s what I was told. So I guess the engine oil conditioner cost the other $56.00? So, long story short I?m a little agitated because I feel as if my vehicle service was either rushed and not properly done. Or some parts of it wasn?t done at all. I know my fluids weren?t checked and topped off. So that makes me question everything but my oil change. Right now I?m emotional about it so I can?t say if I?ll continue my service here or find another dealership???
