Mrs Ponder, I'm sorry that the vehicle sold on 10/23 prior to you coming up here but we were in contact with you at 11:17 on 10/20 and offered to bring the Equinox to your house and show it to you. Then again later that day at 2:42 we offered to bring it by again for you to look at. All of this was via text message in our CRM tool. On 10/21 we offered to submit your credit application over and bring the Equinox and the paperwork to your house and were denied that request too. I'm sorry we weren't able to sell you the car on 10/23 when you stopped in but we offered to bring you the car several times, including once with the paperwork to make all this as easy as possible on you. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review but I also wanted everyone to be able to see both sides to the story. You had the opportunity to purchase the car days in advance and chose not to purchase, leave a deposit or move forward in anyway in the buying process. Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review and hopefully we can earn a better review in the future with our "sales tactics" Zack Carver

The dealership is a calm environment, no pressure from the sales guys, everyone is very nice. Our sales guy (Easton) showed us several models because I had a list. It was very hot outside but he ran back and forth to get keys for everything I wanted to see.
