Dishonest people lie to get you in the door.
I was lied to in order to get me in the door. I worked out a deal with my salesman Jake Smith who was very friendly and helpful. I was told to come on in because the deal we had worked out was "Good to go" only to find out they changed the interest rate we agreed upon. Then when I asked questions about why the interest rate changed Steven Sanchez told me that he told my salesman to bring me in even though he knew that was not the deal we worked out. When I asked why I was brought in under false pretenses he became upset talked about how he was doing me a favor selling to me so cheap and the extra $1000 finance charge wasn't a big deal then stormed out of the room. I was alright with the $1000 dollar non negotiable lojack installation fee they put on every vehicle but do not tell you about until after you work out a deal. I would have even been alright with the extra $1000 finance charge but don't lie to me to bring me in and then tell me about the change.
