Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The whole process was easy, stress-free. Everyone was friendly, honest, and super helpful without any pressure. I will definitely be back for any future vehicle needs!!

I took my vehicle in for repairs in mid June for a transmission leak. Peters called me in early July and said my vehicle was fix and ready to be pick up. July 3rd I paid Peters chevrolet 1670.82 for repairs. I had to return my vehicle later because my transmission was still leaking. In late September they called and said i had other issues that needed to be fixed and it would cost 600.00 more to fix. Then they called me again and said the transmission couldn't be fixed and offered me a new transmission for 5800.00 and 1300.00 to install it. I said i couldn't afford it. So I ordered a use transmission with 30.000 miles on it. I ask Peters to install it . They wanted 1300.00 more. I said i would like to talk to the transmission technician. I was told he no longer work for them. I decided to take mt truck to S&S Transmission shop in Longview Tx. The owner had my transmission out the next day and inspected it and called me saying he could fix it and guarantee it. Also said that Peters just wanted to sale me a new transmission. I told him yes they tried too. I decided to have them to install the used transmission since I already paid for it. I ask Peters to refund my money back and they have refused too. Peters didn't fixed my vehicle and lied to me about it not being fixable. I believe Peters owns me 1670.82 .
