Came in for an oil change and tire rotation at the Xpress
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation at the Xpress area (no appointments). Waited 2.5 hours (just a heads up - don't go at 8AM). The staff was very friendly, and I don't feel like they tried to take advantage in any way. This is a concern at some automotive service departments. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet (even though there were a lot of others waiting too). I used my 2.5 hours to catch up on emails from work, so it was not wasted time. I also appreciate the free car wash with my service.
