We were ready to buy a new Buick to replace one of our Buicks. Charles set up an appointment for us to test drive the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly answered all our questions. The entire process was great with Brian assisting with accessories and Tyler assisting with finance. We experienced great service from all. We have purchased a number of vehicles from Don Hewlett and didn't even think about going to another dealership because of this extraordinary service.
