We are from out of state but found a Yukon XL we wanted from Glenn Polk. I called them up and spoke with Michael Nack. He held the vehicle for us for a couple days so my husband could drive down to pick it up. Paperwork was ready to be signed and the vehicle is exactly what we wanted and pricing was great along with friendly and helpful service. We appreciated how upfront they were about the buying/financing process as well as the ease and speed of the transaction. We’ve had days where we sat at a dealership for over half a day to purchase a vehicle and this process was the complete opposite. Highly recommend!

Customer relations has improved from years past.
Customer relations has improved from years past. I would like to suggest a courtesy pickup and drop off for vehicles being serviced or repaired. It might be the deciding factor when service is needed. I know that I would have appreciated the offer.
