Service department is nonexistent. Multiple problems with new car, made appointment, arrived early, waited 1.5 hours, car still not seen. I'm cutting my losses, trading. Do not buy here.

Be careful of what your pay at a dealership.
Sales department is super slow 6-7 hr.s at the lots is to long. Sales person was great to deal with. Managers are out for themselves. I purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership 1st truck was in the shop for a week after purchasing. 2nd truck is doing great. 3rd truck made one payment and the transmission went out. Carried it back to them they wanted to charge me 5000.00 or more to replace the transmission. So I decided to trade that one back in . But here’s the deal I ask them to find me a truck about the same price as this one . I got there about 1245 on a Monday and at 7 the dealership closed I told them they had to 1pm the next day to find me a replacement or my attorney would be calling the next day which is now Tuesday I get to the dealership around 1 pm . And no replacement so I went to general manager told him about what was going on. Super nice guy but he was unable to get me a replacement. So I ask about a Tahoe. Looked at one but the payment was not as I wanted. So I went to go load my old truck back on trailer. And the fin. Manager came out and told me that my Ryan would give me a check for 1500.00 forward the purchase of a new transmission one thing to another after talking back and forth we was able to work out a deal on the Tahoe the sad part about this deal was I had a 3052.00 dollar added to the price of the Tahoe. I will do business with them again but only with the right sale person and finance personnel.

Service experience
Service was excellent. I was met in the service drive promptly and my concerns were addressed. My vehicle was ready when promised. I was treated with respect by everyone.
