We bought a vehicle august 26. Today is October 4. They sold us a used vehicle that they do not have the title for. We have not been able to get a tag for it here in Ms. Mississippi does not recognize drive out tags.!!!! My lawyer is coming after them. That was not legal!

My SUV was wrecked in an accident. I took it to Jim Keras who was recommended by the Insurance Company. Hartford. A young man name Alex was the person I talked too throughout the process. He was an honest young man. Because he had told me about the old tail gate they sent their company and he did not want to put it on my SUV. After I complained to him, I was referred to his manager who was the most rudest crook ever. After my vehicle was repaired after staying there several months, When I brought it home it was not painted after they say they put a window in tailgate. It was the most shady job ever for 6,000 plus. I went back to complain they said that my vehicle was not paid for to paint the tail gate which is where my wreck was at. But my car was not peeling paint when I took it to them. The manager was very rude, after I took it back several times. I am going to let every body know about Jim Keras collision department so they will not experience what I experience. After calling the adjustor from insurance Company who never returned my call. Made me realized they were all in this together. It is so sad that the world is coming to this. You cannot trust anyone anymore. I am going to find out where the corporate office is located. I have been ill and could not fight it for a while. But I am gathering my strength back. I pray that Jim Keras Collison center and everyone that was a part of this unprofessional behavior gets just what they deserved. (FIRED). I went to get my tires repaired and discover they took my key that unlocks my tires. So now I have to purchase a key. They did the worst job ever on my vehicle. And Hartford Insurance sent me there which proves they were a part of this charade. Please do not take your vehicle there. And they are racist too. They have a sweet little lady name Donna there at the front desk, but don't be fooled by her either she is a part of the gang. I am praying that Jim Keras and its entire car service be shut down so no one will experience what I experience and am still experiencing because my SUV has not been repaired.. I called to get the Corporate office number and they stated they do not have a corporate office which is a lie. And I was refer back to the rude manager which I did not want to talk too anymore. Everyone is accountable to someone. And if there is not a Corporate office that supervise them,. this is why they feel the freedom to do what they do. But thank God for Jesus. You reap what you sow. And if we sow bad seeds, corrupt seeds, they will be like a boomerang and come right back at you. I will never set my feet on Jim Keras collision center, nor their car lot. If one part of the company is crooked, we know what we can expect from the other parts of the entire company. I would not buy a car from them. Nor would I ever recommend them for ANYTHING. God Bless
