I gave them a 1 star, I was going to buy a new yukon from them. But wow are these people absolutely lousy at customer relations. I own my own buisness, and if I treated my customers this way, I wouldn't have a buisness no more. What a sham. I'll drive to raliegh NC and buy from the dealership where I bought my 2020 yukon at garret and the team there actuary about there customers.

Inaccurate Online Prices
I took three hours off of work, drove 45 minutes, spent an hour checking out the vehicle and waiting, just for them to put a $2500 accessories fee on the vehicle. After complaining and telling them I want it for the advertised price, they lowered the fee to $2000. The accessories were paint protection and a gps tracker. I couldn’t in my right mind pay for it, so I walked. Strongly suggest that if you are going to this dealership and don’t want to waste your time, call ahead and ask for the out of the door price. Customer service was decent, but it still gets a one star for burning 3 hours of my time with a falsely advertised price.
