Excellent fast service service rep was easy to deal with, customer area was well kept with plenty of refreshments and comfortable seating. Coffee would be better if it was a keirig coffee machine

Recently bought a used Ford F150 nice truck low
Recently bought a used Ford F150 nice truck low mileage and looked great salesman was very nice .Any way sometime later it was not running well . Took it to a ford dealership near us had transmission problems > i had just bought Car Shield and after a couple of weeks they denied the claim for preexisting conditions . The car fax reported 5 days before we bought the truck that it had tranny problems.Called Gaffney up and was told we should have driven it to them with a bad transmission (we live 50 minutes away). My beef is that they knowingly had the report but didnt tell us and why didnt they put it on there analyzer We put out another $2000 for work they did not do Thanks a lot Gaffney Buick

Our sales rep Austin was amazing.
Our sales rep Austin was amazing. He was patient, answered all of our questions. He even took extra time with me to go over all electronics and apps. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. They are a top notch group at Gaffney Buick GMC. We felt like we were among friends.
