Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester

Back in 2024 I purchased a 2024 GMC 3500 HD Denali from Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester, INC. This was my thirteen vehicle purchased from this dealership since 1996. I always return to this dealership because I always feel comfortable with the people I am doing business with. The pre mentioned vehicle was a great asset for my landscaping business for the time I owned it, but I wanted to downsize from this large diesel truck to a vehicle that was more agile to get into tight property entrances and be less costly to maintain. Every time I filled up the diesel tank, it cost me upwards of $120 to do so. So I stopped by Faulkner Buick GMC to see what they had in stock. Original I was thinking about a standard 2026 GMC Canyon. When I arrived, the salesperson who handled my last truck purchase, Brett Paden immediately welcomed me to the dealership and began to discuss the available vehicles on the car lot. I had before visiting the dealership reviewed the new vehicle line-up on-line at their website, and Brett was well aware of my interests. Brett showed me a 2026 Canyon AT4X that was on the lot, pointing out features of the truck. Brett always does his homework on every new vehicle that hits the car lot, learning all the features of a vehicle. I always appreciated his knowledge about a vehicle that I am planning to purchase or lease. When I viewed the 2026 Canyon AT4X, I immediately knew that this was the one. And when I took the truck for a ride, I was convinced that this truck would meet all the criteria I was looking for in a new everyday landscape truck.

Very helpful and they a good inventory , they welcomed you when you walk in the door. Perry the salesman very congenial, sales manager was top drawer, facility was extremely clean and well kept.
