Stressful, hellish experience (fact).

Stressful, hellish experience (fact)...I took my 2019 Rogue in for service..loud frontend noise and steering wheel,stiffening/ locking up & making loud noise that hurt my ears(fact)...for over 5 months (3000 miles) Bowser Nissan tech failed to fix my vehicle (fact), ... service tech allegedly replaced 3 sets of struts during a 5 month period (???)...the defective steering column (boot) was never replaced (fact), it was repaired with a handful of grease (fact)...the shop foreman and service manager refused to converse with me about the repairs being made on my vehicle (fact)... An attempt to contact upper management was unsuccessful (fact)...after many visits to Bowser Nissan the service manger told me to take my Rogue to another Nissan dealership for service (fact)...Upon doing so, I was told that the original struts were still on my Rogue and that they were never replaced (fact), hmm! I have one of the original struts in my possession, and upon close examination, it appears to be the original strut that came with the car (fact). The quality of work at Bowser was poor, communication poor, and so was the customer service (fact)...to give this business a 1 STAR is to generous, if I could give Bowser Nissan a zero, I would do it in a heart beat. My review is based documented facts and not fiction, and should not be removed because some folks have a problem with the truth.
