MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN

This dealership was recommended to me by a few people, labeling them as “transparent”, “honest”, and “straight forward”. Unfortunately that isn’t the case whatsoever with the people who work here. I feel bas for the sales person I had to that management ruined any business from me, my family, and friends. They took a picture of a $600 broken grille piece on a car, posted it on their website, and makes it out to be my fault and that its now on me to repair and somehow they did everything they could because I didnt notice it until I directly got off their lot and notified them. I was told by Lorenzo that service doesn’t inspect the cars nor do their management or sales people, I was told by my sales person that I should look in junkyards for parts for a 2021 car, Lorenzo told me that I should bring a flashlight next time and is saying I was offered a walk around of the car (I wasn’t, I’d think I’d remember), Lorenzo tried telling me they don’t take pictures of the car then said staff takes pictures of the car. I’d clearly stay away from here since they will sell you a newer used car with unknown issues.

I had a great experience at miracle Buick dealership and Chrysten was a great sales associate. She was very easy to talk to, answer questions, very thorough and super friendly! highly recommend

The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.
