Make this your LAST choice! Pathetic!

*PSA!* Check OTHER DEALERSHIPS before going here.  While the staff is relatively nice, they are painfully inept, inconsiderate, and some are liars to boot.  My story ends with 5 hours of wasted driving time over two weekends, an unwarranted hard inquiry on my credit and a Buick whose propeller shaft fell out during a test drive, all before selling it to someone else while I was on my way back.  Short version: The first trip down there I was told that car wasn't ready to sell.  Turns out it wasn't ready to test drive either as the side-view mirror was dangling from packing tape as they tried to glue the thing on. This is important information especially when we're driving 1.5 hours for this and restricted to visiting on Saturdays.  Our second trip down was prefaced with a statement that they got the part in, but upon visiting, it was discovered they just successfully glued the side view mirror on.  A test drive resulted in the propeller shaft falling out because, apparently, after replacing the "transfer case" (center diff), the inept mechanic didn't think those mysterious bolts left over were that important. Still confident they'd right their mistakes, I offered a second time to put a deposit on it.  I was denied.   Another phone call telling us it's ready, and another plan to visit on Saturday.  A text message to our rep the day before letting him know we'll be there at 1PM just like the last two times.  Imagine our disappointment when the next morning he advises us someone is coming in at 10AM to see the same vehicle.  Imagine the frustration when he lets us know at 12:00PM that it sold.   5 hours of driving, $40 in tolls, two weekends wasted.  Glad we could work out all of those kinks for you at our expense of time and tolls.  This dealership is an absolute joke.  I understand dealerships are self-serving but Peruzzi makes it abundantly clear that the sale matters more than the customer and that professionalism and virtuosity are contrary to their precepts.

Waste of MY time

It was Cold in the showroom i had to keep my coat on the whole time, no beverage offered, car ran out of gas on test drive (should have left then) i had to waste 20 minutes of my life as someone from showroom went and got gas and put it in the car. We come back and they go through negotiations and we finally settle on an “out the door” price 3,000 dollars higher then we spoke of, with my budget. I have photos that say this is “out the door price” hours later we finally go into finance office, and the first thing the guy says is “plus tax and tags?” “No, it is suppose to be out the door” they said they would only charge us a 1,000 more! And that Brandon our sales person was new and that he didn’t understand what “out the door” meant. I said i asked brandon several times to make sure it was “out the door including tax and tags” . He knew exactly what it was. And i said furthermore if he is new, someone should be shawdowing him especially if the store is empty on the coldest day of the year, and training him properly. We winded up leaving bc this was way out of budget. People give budgets for a reason, I highly suggest u not waste people’s time in the future. I hope one day that sales process of buying a vehicle is changed bc this was a disgusting attempt at getting more money out of us!
