I brought my Buick Encore in for service So far I think they did a fabulous job So far I think they did a fabulous job They reset the electronic stuff Is finally got to use my Buick rewards points Not too bad for just a couple hours wait

Still having a problem with my car your repairs.

Just got home after picking up my car from your dealership. Pulled into my driveway and went into the house. Came back out and wanted to go get something to eat. Tried to start the car and it hesitated to start. Then it started. I turned it off and tried to start it again and it didn't start. Too dark, I left it alone. Don't know what could be wrong. It drove well from your dealership to my house. Please call me.

Luke is amazing. Beware of sales manager Bill

We have purchased TWO brand new vehicles in the past 17 months from here. Our salesman Luke is AMAZING! The sales manager Bill on the other hand should never have a customer facing position. Made an appointment three days ago to purchase a THIRD new Denali for 10am this morning. Yesterday we went in and the vehicle was not there so we were assured we would be able to purchase this morning. Little did we know, Bill sold the vehicle 5 minutes after we left yesterday to someone else knowing we had the appointment and after telling us we could not purchase it when it was not on the lot. We got there to our appointment at 10am and we’re told that the other customers got there at 7:45 am. How would they know to be there before you open Bill? Seems shady to me. I should add that once he sold the vehicle he told us that there are more coming in soon and that if we pay $22,000 more, we would have a vehicle. Basically this guy knew we were coming and saw a bigger check with the other customers so he sold it to them. Not thinking about the fact we have purchased two already and are purchasing two more in the next 90 days. Horrible customer retention plan there Bill. (They had a meeting yesterday about customer retention, local customers, repeat buyers, etc) Bill told us the other customers drove here from Arkansas. Asked us how we would feel if we drove that far to get one and they sold it out from under them. Bill, I think you have some wires crossed. They would not have driven here had you not sold a car that was not on the lot yesterday for us to purchase but was magically available for them to purchase 5 minutes after we walked out the door and it was still not on the lot. We will absolutely be purchasing another new Denali but will not have anything to do with a Lying manipulator with no remorse like Bill. Buyer beware with Bill in the sales manager position. He will lie directly to your face, mess up any financing, and attempt to manipulate the situation where you are the bad guy. He’s got the used car salesman mentality at a high end car lot. Very poor management style. Once again, Luke Park is an amazing sales rep. He is straight forward and a wonderful person to work with. He did everything he could to make this right, but Bill tied his hands.
