Completely Unethical Sales Practices!

Would not purchase a vehicle here ever. Purchased vehicle and was told that it had gone through a 'multi point' inspection, which was false. Not only was the onstar navigation light RED, the rear defrost was broken on both sides, and the power seat switch was broken. Forked out over $2,000 to have fixed, and was told it was sold 'as is' however, if they were 'as is' why did they lie/falsely advertise that the car had 'working navigation' and 'working power seats'? Would advise anyone against purchase of a vehicle at this dealership, lawyers have been involved, but no resolution has been offered for the unethical practices they have.

Don’t work with Gayle Goodwin

Terrible experience with their sales lady, Gayle Goodwin. She was very rude and acted like we were bothering her in our request. Upon submitting our request for a vehicle from Michigan to the Ohio dealership, we completed a credit application working with somebody from their online sales team. We had 5 different people all contacting us about the same exact thing, none of them talking to each other. At one point they couldn’t find our application and then we got stuck with Gayle. Her lack of professionalism and customer service made us go in a different direction. Now more than ever customer service needs to be top notch. When you have a rude employee, it’s a poor reflection on your business. The dealership manager was very nice and embarrassed to hear about one of his sales people acting this way. Good job Gayle Goodwin, you lost your dealership 2 car sales! If I ran that dealership, you would be fired. If you decide to go hear, ask for anyone other than Gayle Goodwin!

I found a Subaru Outback online that I was interested in buying. I was in touch with the dealership before going up there, and when I arrived, they had already brought the car up to the front. Hugh had everything ready to take it for a test drive. He answered all the questions we had and showed us all the special features of the car. He was really knowledgeable about it even though it wasn’t a Chevy. He stayed past close to work out a deal even though it made him late for his birthday dinner (sorry again!). He got it set up for me to take home that night. I came back the next morning to do the paperwork and he had the car detailed while I was with the finance guy (Justin was great, too). I left that day very happy with the car I purchased and the terms of the sale.
