Started well but ended poorly.
Started well but ended poorly. Sales and finance were pleasant, but I bought a certified vehicle in August that needed interior upholstery repairs. I was promised a loaner, since repairs could only be done on a day I had no other transportation. After the sale, I was passed to service and repeatedly told no loaners were available due to recalls. I even offered to schedule months out, but kept getting the runaround. It’s now December, and the promised repair was never completed. Disappointing experience - I won’t be returning.
