Absolute best dealership I?ve been at. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Salesman and manager were great and very easy to deal with. No pressure at all.

DO NOT BUY HERE
DO NOT BUY HERE! I just read there is another case just like mine 2 months ago in here! Two months ago i had issues with the check engine light going on. I took it to a local dealership (i live 2 hrs away) they diagnosed and found i had bad wiring throughout the vehicle. I was still under my CERTIFIED warranty, the local dealership called Premier and told them the problem causing the issue, they then came and got my vehicle and DID NOTHING to get to the root of the issue (they knew what it was). A week later, same problem, took it back to the local place, they make another call to Premier, AGAIN let them know the issue…they say the fixed a couple wires (doubt it). SAME problem keeps happening over and over, this is way too new of a truck for this to happen and again STILL under certified warranty. One of two things is happening, they absolutely have no clue what they are doing or they just plain didn’t want to fix the issue. Called the GM TOM and left 5 different voicemails to call me back NOTHING to this day!!!! The assistant GM basically told me he just shows up for a little and leaves, basically retired just collecting a paycheck!!!! Im going to file a formal complaint against them through GM, also a complaint with the BBB. The woman i have been dealing with through the complaint department at GM for a month even said it’s pretty obvious they don’t want to do the work and that its not right! A lawsuit is still on the table.
