Did not like the fact that I was giving one key and fob. Had purchase another key and fob, and I have to to have them programmed. Nor would they repair the dash

I wanted to purchase a mini van. Was already approved through my credit union. I put a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle with my credit card. They asked me to finance with them on two separate occasions and I said no, I was already financed through my credit union. They were not happy that I would not finance with them, so after 2 days of waiting for their "finance dept" to accept my credit union's letter of credit for the full amount of the vehicle, they still were not responding. Some jerk named "Gabe" in the finance dept said they weren't happy with a clause in the letter of credit. So, my credit union sent them a new letter of credit. After 4 hours of waiting for "Gabe" to say the letter of credit was to their liking, I still had no word from the dealer. I finally got so fed up, I told my sales guy, Zach, I was done and wanted my deposit taken off my charge.
I have purchased other vehicles at dealers through my credit union and NEVER had an issue with a dealer accepting their letter of credit. What a freaking joke. They obviously were mad that I would finance with them, so they jerked my chain. I would not buy a Hot Wheel from this place.
Unless you want to make them even more money and finance through them, DO NOT buy a vehicle from these buffoons.

Everyone is always friendly and thorough. I came in for an oil change and during the inspection some needed repairs were discovered. I was able to set up for the repairs right away.
I also appreciate the shuttle service. This is a great to have.
