BOUGHT THE ENVISTA.
BOUGHT THE ENVISTA...LOVE THE CAR, THE EXPERIENCE HAS RUINED THE CAR ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE WARRANTY WHICH I CANCELLED TWO HOURS AND IT IS STILL ON MY LOAN ALREADY MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT 17 DAYS LATER 3500 IS STILL ON THERE...DON'T TELL ME IT TAKES 35 DAYS FOR SOMETHING TO BE TAKEN OFF OF YOUR LOAN ...I KNOW THIS IS MY FAULT FOR SAYING YES BUT THE LOAN OFFICER DOESN'T EVEN GO OVER ANYTHING BEFORE THEY DO THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SELL..I NEW CAR IS STILL IN MY GARAGE NOT EVEN BEING DRIVEN BECAUSE THIS HAS TAKEN ALL THE JOY OUT OF IT......THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO WORK FOR THE SELL OF THE NEW CAR,

I dropped my car off at 8a.
I dropped my car off at 8a.m. received an update at noon what was wrong with it and discussed with Taylor the plan that'll be worked on my car. After that I didn't receive any updates, I called down to the dealership at 3:30 spoke with someone in service to relay I wanted an update. Still didn't receive a call. I had to stop in to see what the progress was after that. Then waited over an hour to get my car back. The work was just brake inspection and new brakes. Ended up missing an important family members basketball game. Dropped my car off at 8a.m and didn't get it back in hand until 5p.m, little communication, very poor service.

I came in with an emergency with my battery. They were so helpful! The got me in and out in record time. Everyone was so nice. I usually have horrible experiences with service at dealers but I would HIGHLY recommend them!
