I bought a car from this dealership on [date], and within
I bought a car from this dealership on [date], and within 30 minutes of driving it off the lot, the turbo completely blew. Thirty minutes. The car had to be towed back almost immediately. Instead of doing the right thing and letting me walk away from a vehicle that broke down the same day I bought it, they’ve been dismissive and telling me “that’s not how it works.” They expect me to just accept a car that failed before I even made it home. Buying a car is supposed to be exciting and feel safe — instead this has been nothing but stress, frustration, and feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly warn anyone thinking about buying here to reconsider.

Bobby Kenneth "Deacon" Jones always put the customer first. He enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. At the dealership, nothing made him happier than to sit down on the couch and speak to a customer in the service department or the showroom.
