Nice car....Miss leading information!

I went into Randy Marion about a car that I had seen online. Car was really what I was looking for. I ended up buying the car but was not told the car only had one key until everything had already been signed for and money giving. Then I spoke with the salesman and he said that he will work on trying to locate the other key he never reach back out to me and every time I call and asked to speak to a manager for some reason they always busy. I am happy with the car but If I would’ve known the car only have one key I would’ve never bought it!

I wish I could leave negative stars- I have never in my life had more problems buying a vehicle. I feel like from day one we where put on the back burner. From the first vehicle we wanted being sold out from under us (where told everything was done and it was our from both our sale guy and the finance dept to find out two days later they sold it to someone else) our sale guy was good very knowledgeable about what he was selling (slow to respond sometimes but that was understandable since this was an all online deal) part of deal included delivery to our door in Kentucky- their way of making up for selling the original truck out from under us. Truck arrived fine delivery people where great but it was sent with no temporary tag. Was told it would be sent overnight but took a few days to get sent out. Here we are a month from delivery date and have yet to receive our registration. No one in this place follows up or does what they say they are going to do. Every time we where told I’m working on it or it will be sent tomorrow. And that never happened. Spoke with sale guys over a week ago questioned registration was told he would check on it never heard back. Called dealership finally got sent to a voicemail left two voicemails that day with no call back. Called the next morning finally spoke with someone that promised they where working on our package that morning and it would be sent overnight well next day it’s not here. Called again was told it was sent so I asked for a tracking number was put on hold for 7 minutes while she logged into the system to pull it. I’m sure she didn’t expect me to track it while I was hold but I did and the tracking number was created while I was waiting for her to look it up. Lying to ur customers must be part of your training process. Save urself the trouble and go AnYWHERE else There where list of other problems along the way You would think when u screw something up so bad in the first steps of the deal you would make extra steps to make sure everything else goes smoothly. Lesson learned on my end never again.

Went in for 11:30 am appointment to change four tires done at 5pm. I feel if you have a appointment that should be the time frame that work gets done on my car. I feel the appointment was treated like a appointment to get in line. Not Very happy they gave me a loaner car for a few hours but I really did not want it. My salesman gave me a talking to about why I was back so early with loaner car. Had to get manager.
