Liar, liar, pants on fire.

Tech broke my car during a repair, admitted the fault and the service manager said he would order the part and make it right. No part, service manager no longer with the company, and the GM refuses to honor Park's commitment to do the right thing. Another lying, do anything dealer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere, else.

I just bought a 2022 GMC Sierra Denali. James was my salesperson. Excellent service, truthful, found me the right truck, pleasurable buying experience. I would totally recommend this dealer for buying your next vehicle.

I spent $35,000 a 2013 F150. Shortly after on my way home (1.75 hours from the dealership), I noticed my truck would not go over 70mph, the radio stations were blocked and the display kept saying "MyKey Active". After speaking with the local Ford dealership (where i SHOULD have shopped), I learned my truck was stuck in CHILD mode and the truck SHOULD have had two keys. Also, the truck was not cleaned before I purchased it, I thought while I was doing paperwork they would clean it, WRONG. I had my toddler with me and after 3.5 hours of paperwork, I couldn't wait any longer. To add icing on top, the next day it was raining and my daughter yells from the back seat "dad I'm soaked and his car seat is getting soaked!" Almost immediately the airbag warning light came on, the roof seal was leaking and shorting out the airbag which is DANGEROUS to say the least and leaking into the truck interior! The key issue ($250), water leak ($45), air bag issue ($35) and it not being detailed ($300), I provided these quotes to the Parks Buick dealership for repairs. Of course, they blamed me for the key issue, and opted for the cheapest repair. Since it was sold with only one key, there was no way for me to know that it was locked down and they refused to help. I spoke with my salesman, Parks customer service agent and the general sales manager even refuses to help. They'll sell you a vehicle and leave you hanging shortly after. Shoo somewhere else. Wasn't worth the drive nor the money spent on the vehicle.
