Worst service ever

Took my silverado in for front end alignment and tire mount and balance. Took my truck in on a Thursday. Said it would take a day didn't receive trick till 430 pm the following Monday. As for the alignment. It went in pulling right and steering to the right. It drove well for 5 miles then it started pulling to the left and the steering was back drifting right. They told me it was my agressive mud tires and to cross mount. I still had alingment issue. Brought truck to another shop and within 5 mins on the lift I was told that my driver's side control arm bushings were shot. Funny as that at the dealership they did and alingment but missed that? It's lazy work by the tech. When you change tire camber the control arm and bushings are right there. Super lazy work. When I called and informed the manager about the issue all she said was that's wrong the tech didn't do his job right and they will give a free alignment. I have to replace the control arms and spend over 400 plus on labor for something that could have broken and caused even more damage because of their laziness. Horrible buisness, worse coustmer service. If they would have said hey bring it back when you have the parts and we will cover labor, then I would have stood by this dealer. But they couldn't even do that. They want to do a new alingment after they messed the first one up horribly. Find someone else to service your GM product because it seems that Cavallaro just wanted my money and they made sure it was going to come back in for more service. Checking the bushings in a control arm are part of there service inspection checklist and they green checked everything in my steering check on the list they gave me as recipt. They didn't do their job right and lied about it on the checklist report.

I had my 2007 Pontiac G6-Gt retractable roof repaired and a part replaced. There was a lot of wind noise and the roof leaked when it rained. Nicole assured me that the mechanics still trained on Pontaic's. The mechanic did and excellent job. no more wind noise, water leaks and the roof locks down with out help. Just wanted to thank Nicole and the mechanic for a job well done.
