I began my experience with this dealership three years ago, and I continue to be extremely satisfied. Finance Manager Ryan Nimmo is not only highly knowledgeable and an expert in his field, but also genuinely kind and committed to making clients feel at ease. His care and dedication to customer service are truly appreciated. Likewise, Taj Tulloch is always helpful and courteous, providing excellent support throughout the process. I will continue to have my GMC serviced at Empire Buick GMC in White Plains, and I fully intend to purchase future vehicles from them as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

David was awesome to deal with.
David was awesome to deal with. I lucked out. He worked around my busy schedule, took care of everything ahead of time and got me in and out with a good deal. I would definitely recommend him and would go back to Empire GMC in White Plains even though I live in Wappingers and have a GMC dealer up the road. Ryan in Finance was professional and helpful, the paperwork went quickly and smooth.
