The last time I had the car serviced there was a monitor
The last time I had the car serviced there was a monitor error when I left that was not there when I brought the car in. I went back for an oil change and inspection and explained the issue. I was quoted $75 - $100 per sensor on something that was caused by the dealership. I got the bill and it was $800 for the 4 sensors. They caused the problem and then charged me to fix it and couldn?t even quote the correct price. I also found it odd that all 4 sensors went bad at the same time? I will not be returning to this dealership again. It?s time to get a new vehicle and because of this experience I will be purchasing from a completely different manufacturer. Just an FYI Rockville Centre GMC, customer service, honesty and integrity still matters.

Use the repair service at GMC to have the battery
Use the repair service at GMC to have the battery replaced left with my Tire Monitor System no longer working. I was told the system needed to relearn itself after the replacement, however there system is still not functioning after several days and several resets to the cars system. GMC customer service said they would follow up with me and they never did. So it cost me $520 to replace a battery and have my tire Monitor system no longer functioning.
