Awful experience, communication is nonexistent, Alex Torresson was extremely rude and did not provide adequate assistance, would not recommend, take your car elsewhere.

By far one of the worst dealerships I've ever worked with. Originally was shopping for a new car and had to go to a different Chevy dealer over 50 miles away because the sales person was not helpful and had no inventory and jack up prices. Then I go in for service and they installed my bedliner improperly. I give them one last try to do my Oil Change and the service rep was awful. Literally argued with me over everything and it was like he was going out of his way to drive my business away. Completely rude and unprofessional, unacceptable behavior on all fronts. Never use Healey!! They use bully tactics to force extra service onto customers and have no desire to be friendly or actually give half a xxxx to care about the customer.

Awful dealership in every aspect. Sales team wasn’t helpful and was energetic at all about making sale. No inventory and price hikes lead me else where. Parts dept is almost nonexistent. Service staff is rude, predatory, unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful. Took my newer car in for an oil change and was immediately bullied into an upcharge I denied then they literally fought and argued with me cause me to takes my keys back and leave. Completely rude and disrespectful staff. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Trash dealership.
