Charlie - excellent! Mr. Wu - spectacular! Jonathan - extraordinary! My experience at Bomnin was great! Top to bottom I felt that I was being taken care of by a professional group. I?m glad I went to Bomnin. Shout out to Charlie for getting me to the dealership, Jonathan for being awesome with me from the second I walked through the Bomnin doors, and Mr. Wu for being great through the closing process. The whole process was seamless thanks to the Bomnin staff. I?m happy I went with Bomnin and I LOVE my Tahoe!

My salesperson, Jesus Castillo, was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout the process. He made sure I had all the information I needed. The car I chose was a certified pre-owned, and it was in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. Despite not having the best credit, the finance process was impressively quick and painless. Mr. Woo, the finance manager, got me a great loan term, and I walked out the same day with my car—something I honestly didn’t expect. Thank you!
