Hartley Buick GMC Truck

Hartley sold me a used car for $16,000. A few weeks later when the weather warmed up I found out the A/C didn't work. I took it over to the service department and they charged it up and told me they checked for leaks and found none. It worked one day. I took it back and they said, if it only worked for one day it must have a substantial leak. Funny how they didn't find that a few days ago but they found it this time and told me it would cost me $900 because the lemon law didn't require them to fix the a/c and they said it worked when they sold it to me. It never worked. I called their attention to it immediately and then they lied about checking for leaks they sa they didn't find. And then instead of fixing it free of charge because they sold me this car broken they lied and hid behind the law not requiring them to fix a/c. They are shysters! Don't buy a car used or otherwise from Hartley Jamestown, NY. I am now paying a car payment and have a car with no working a/c. I a extremely dissatisfied.

Nice folks, you get treated with a professional staff, very willing to help you find the car suv or truck you want. However shop around and go there with a best price in mind that you want to pay, sometimes I think there prices are to high. They always have a great selection of new and used!
