Poor service
Had an appointment to have my transmission serviced. After 2 hours of sitting, they told me they had to call GM to ask them what to do. They said it could take an hour or two hours,and gave me a ride home. At 4pm I called to see if the car was done. No. They had to order a torque converter from Pennsylvania, and it would come today. I called at 3 today to ask about the progress. Was told they haven't had a chance because they were busy with appointments that had been made two weeks outs. They don't know when they can do my car. Thanksgiving is one week away,and I have no vehicle. I wasn't even offered a loaner car. So here I sit,needing to shop for the holiday and I don't have any idea when I will get my car. They never even gave me a courtesy call to tell me what was going on. I will never use Mangino service again.

Over charged for oil change and tire rotation
I feel like I was over change for a oil change and tire rotation I could have go anywhere and paid $30. So I will not be returning again for these service as I was way over charged.

Not satisfied, truck not fixed
I?ve had an ongoing problem starting back in June 2020 with losing power, truck stalled at intersection in August 2022, running rough at times. The check engine light would stay on for a day or two. The truck wouldn?t start on September 4, 2022. After approximately 15 minutes finally got it started. Check engine light was on for one day. (holiday weekend). Manginos was closed. Took it in on Tuesday morning September 6, 2022 and was told can?t do anything until the light was on. I have a notification from GM about a fuel injector problem with the 2016 Silverado. I have all the symptoms of this problem. I can?t take this truck anywhere but close to home and I have to stay off the busy highways for fear of it stalling or running rough. In between, when the light is off, it runs great, but I can?t trust it.
