Had a set appointment time for a standard oil change with instructions for replacing rear window wiper. I noted this when I scheduled online. When I arrived, I asked the rep if that instruction was noted on the print out ticket and she showed me that it was listed on the ticket. I chose to go to the waiting area but I didn?t know it would take two hours for an oil change. When the job was finished the charge amount was over $200. One reason was because I had been charged a little over $50 for two new wiper blades. Of course, the cashier can only follow the itemized ticket so I don?t blame her. I went to my car- which was blocked in by other serviced cars- and discovered that the front windshield wipers had been replaced but NOT the rear wiper. The front wipers had been replaced about 5 months ago and were still in good shape. Meanwhile, the rear wiper was coming apart and a strip of the rubber was dangling off the blade. I went back in and found my rep and showed her what happened. She checked her ticket and showed me again that the correct instructions were not followed. She went to get a technician to replace the worn out blade and it took a while for him to come from the back side of their facility. He came to the front with a new wiper but didn?t have a tool required to switch the blade. I waited patiently for him to make the long trip back to his station to get the right socket wrench to remove the wiper arm. When he got it removed, he realized that he didn?t know how to remove the wiper blade from the atm. To his credit, he feared he might break something so he carried it back to his station AGAIN so his supervisor could show him the proper procedure. The embarrassed rep noted there would not be a charge for replacing that rear wiper and I replied that I would certainly hope not. The entire experience was a a little over 2.5 hours. Also, when I paid the cashier, I told her that I had received a mailer from the company for a discount on my next visit but I had forgotten to bring the coupon with me. She said she would need to scan the coupon to apply the discount so I told her I woul bring the coupon the following day. I arrived about 4pm the next day and no one was in the cashier?s office. One of the service reps asked if they could help me but when I explained that I was seeking a $40 refund on the previous day?s ticket, I was told that I would have to return on Monday because one cashier had left early and the other was subbing for someone else in another department. By this time, I was so disappointed with the way everything went that I gave up and didn?t go back on Monday. I was in a different part of the city and I couldn?t make it by the dealer.

The visits I experience have been very positive. The staff have listened to my auto issues and have exceeded in fixing the auto problems. The associate Mario in the service department have continually reached out and has kept me informed Ithroughout the service! My car was only in for a day while I thought it would take 3 or more days to service, as I see many cars in the service or garage department Overall, the staff was professional and fast, knowledgeable employees. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
