I didn't have an appointment. No 12v power to my tow wiring harness. They got me right in and out. I was very happy both the the service and with their flexibility. Would recommend

We have purchased three cars from Pelligrino Buick/GMC. Lou Cerota has been our salesperson for all three cars. He is extremely courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. He takes his time and listens to our needs. He works tirelessly to accommodate our financial parameters. The process has always been pleasant and easy. Our interaction with Craig Fahr, although limited, was pleasant and informative.
