Bought a car from them, was told it had all options offered. They LIED!!! bought the same car with more options and saved money because the options were safety options. So I ended up buying two 2016 chevy Cruzes because they wouldn't take their car back 20 hours later.

We have 2 cars that we purchased from Bellavia and we are so satisfied beginning the purchase, the sales rep, the service dept. They keep you reminded when and what car is due for service. Great people to deal with.

It was the first time I used this dealership for service. I typically use a dealership near where I work. It was a Saturday morning. I was having problems with my GMC Acadia. The battery was dead and was not holding a charge. Work was too far. I was lucky to drive a few miles to Bellavia and they were able to take me in on a busy Saturday.Jim Fagnan and his team got me back on the road. Thank you Jim and Team for great customer service. I will use Ballavia again.
