Honest dealership and car tech 's. The only problem is that this is a small dealership and they need more help in getting the back log of cars needing repairs moving faster. They should also have Saturday appointments in which they do not to do oil changed and minor repairs. Most dealerships have Saturday appointments but this dealership don't

They crashed my car while working on it. The technician, of course, blamed the car shifting into gear, but we all know they were just careless. They are not even giving me a loaner car because they say they don't have any cars available. It's a 2022 90K top-of-the-line Tahoe, and these guys crashed it. I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. They also stated they would fix the car according to their insurance requirements, not to how the car was when it was brought into the dealer. See attached. Very friendly interaction. Timely communication and repair. Very thorough service. Always making a service issue with the car not an issue or a problem. Always an excellent experience. Would not want to go anywhere else for routine or emergency service. More than five stars.
