This place has horrible techs. My engine went on a new 2022 1500 denali at 15k miles. It took them over 2 months to replace the engine which after 30 days they were supposed to have to buy it back. The repair job has been a nightmare. The truck randomly wouldn't start after stranding me multiple times found out they didn't tighten the power wire to the power control module, truck was sputtering and losing power they tried to tell me I had to get premium gas from only Irving or sunoco and that I was causing the problem, turned out the coil wires were bad. I go to turn on my ac last week no ac they forgot to recharge the ac. And my exhaust has been louder since the engine swap. Horrible service and they don't try to do anything to make it right but they'll pretend they will in responses to reviews trying to save face. Don't go to Quirk.

Such an easy process. Our sales person Siobhan was so easy to work with and no pressure sales. I?ve purchased/leased many cars in the past and nothing has gone anywhere near as smoothly. We had such a great experience my husband traded his vehicle 2 days later.
