We took our 2018 Buick in for and oil change. We were told that it was time for the 45000 mile service and that it would cost about $1500. We agreed and asked if that would include a full car wash as it does at our local dealor. Yes, they replied. When we returned 4 hours later to pickup the car, it was still dirty from our 600 mile road trip. This may seem like a small issue but it was not since we were left with no car for 4 hours with nothing to do but wander around town to kill time. They offered that they could was it the next day but we would have to leave it again for at least 2 hours to be washed.

Avoid like COVID
Very disappointing car buying experience. Their website gives the impression that they are selling new vehicles at MSRP, since there is no indication of a "market adjustment " as some other dealerships are doing. However, after we had already determined the price we were paying, they proceeded to jack the price up, citing "market price". They jerked us around for 4 hours, at least 2 that were totally unnecessary since we knew what vehicle we wanted and we had our own financing. They tried to wrap the sales tax credit into my trade, therefore cheating me out of $2k. Fortunately, I have seen that trick and made them fix it. Ridiculous amount of back and forth, because of their unethical and unprofessional practices. Made us fill out a credit application and assured us it was only a soft pull. Nope, Michael Hohl ran a hard credit inquiry as well as the credit union we were already approved through. Came back with a "rate sheet" saying we had to pay a higher rate than we were approved for, nice try but no. Not paying you a %. Undervalued my trade because they think its a base model, when in fact its 2LT, now they're selling it for $10,000 over what they paid for it. These people are straight up crooked used/new car salesman. They took our new car in the back to "detail" it, and did nothing. The windows inside and out were filthy from transport, layers of black dirt. The topper to the whole experience was the sales guy with an obvious new tattoo, removing his tattoo sleeve on the sales floor and proceed to lather up the tattoo with lotion, still on the front lobby sales floor. Classy place.

30K maintenance service
Our Colorado diesel truck went in for a 30K maintenance. When we picked it up, and paid our high bill, I had to reset my onboard computer with difficulty. Discovered DEF not topped off, and questioned if tires had been rotated...they definitely hadn't been topped off. This makes me question what else was neglected. After paying $2200 for this service, I should not have to be questioning the service.
