I sent an e-mail regarding a new Buick Enclave. Right away, i recieved an e-mail from the internet manager Adam Ellenwood saying i would be contacted by a "sales professional" with all of the information on the particular car i wanted. I recieved a call just minutes later from Stephen Weber... "Sales Professional" i agree 100% !!! I arrived at the dealership and the Enclave was parked right out front all cleaned up with a open parking stall right next to it. As soon as i came out i was greeted by the sales professional Stephen Weber, who also was the guy who contacted me with the information i needed to make my decision to go check it out. Test-Drive went great, and while i was waiting for the paperwork to be ready to be signed i was watching my favorite channel on TV on their huge screen in the excellent customer waiting area. Stephen was kind enough to buy me a soda from the vending machine while the paperwork was being prepared. Once it was all ready for me i went into the Finance Office and Stehen Introduced me to the Finance Manager Greg Lehechka. And while we were going through the paperwork i got out and Stephen had filled the gas tank, put on the in-transit's, and backed it into the parking stall so all i had to do was get in, take off and enjoy my NEW BUICK!! Easy, Quick, Friendly, Great Service, the list goes on!!! I would recommend anyone and everyone buying a buick to go to Paul Spady Motors. I know i will be heading straight to Paul Spady Motors when i am ready to upgrade. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
