Regarding the service department: My elderly neighbor
Regarding the service department: My elderly neighbor had the car towed to Laura's. They had the car for 2 weeks for a simple battery installation and replacement of the alternator. Gave an estimate of around $900 but charged over $1200. Made multiple calls and had to leave a message on voicemail or with the person who answered. Would never use again or recommend.
