Once the sale is done they are done
The initial buy was good but the next two weeks were nothing but lies and unfulfilled promises. I bought a used Jeep that needed a repair done on it and was told it would be finished the next day. For the next 12 days I was told everything from they ordered the wrong part to the service department had someone break their leg. I was told that once it was repaired it would be delivered to me detailed and ready to go. 13 days later after numerous lies I received the Jeep. It had a 1/4 tank of gas and was filthy even though I was assured the previous day it would be clean. At that point I called back down and talked to the salesman Scott Martin and he said just be happy you got the Jeep! I’ve never had such a poor experience at a dealership. He bad mouthed the service department and said it wasn’t his fault that the service department was a joke.
