Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. I waited 2 hours 40 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation with no communication from service department until I complained. I will never patronized this dealership again.

Bought my car on a Saturday realized on Sunday air
Bought my car on a Saturday realized on Sunday air conditioning only blew on center vents and no heat.Got ahold of my salesman on Monday he said bring it here and we'll look at it. Luckily I bought an extended warranty because the had warranty pay for repairs. Took 2 months for the repairs to be done. On my way home from dealership ac is spitting water out the vents. I got to looking and they had the ac drain blocked, fixed it myself. I now also have a couple under dash floor board and cup holder lights that don't work the worked before repairs
