Victory GMC St. Joseph

Just based on my experience , the dealer started out great they tried to deliver a Hummer ev with problems and asked me to get the problem fixed at another dealer , luckily I didn’t take delivery and they had another one with no problem that cost a little more . They told they had to switch all the paperwork over to the other hummer , next thing I know is they ran my credit again without my permission. Then they sell my safe point for $500 to add to the hummer told me it was better than onstar so we added it come to find out with the hummer ev it will only work as a gps nothing else , ask to be refunded dealer just ghosted me . They also didn’t give me any reward points for my purchase this is pretty ridiculous when you spend 98k on a vehicle
