I’ve purchased countless automobiles for this dealership and have had the same great service every time. Whether I purchase new or used, expensive or budget friendly, the overall experience is top notch. My latest is an Audi with Traci Shepard. She was attentive, informative, and personable. She had the vehicle pulled, through finance, fueled and the paperwork ready to sign in under two hours. This dealership definitely has a genuine respect for time and is completely hassle free each and every time. Team oriented customer service is why I continue to buy here.

Incompetent dealership

Long story short, spent over $60k on a new Cadillac. Bad finder trim pieces and bad back up camera. After driving an hour one way to get these issues fixed three different times, problem still not corrected. Dallas in service told me to take my car to another dealership as they don’t have the expertise to fix my new car. He also informed me they are no longer a Cadillac dealership so I guess they just obsolved themselves of the issues on he car I bought from them. Just keep driving by this dealership and save yourself a lot of heart ache and trouble.

To: Jim Falk Motors I would like to recognize just a few members of the Jim Falk Motors Sales Team located in Clinton, Missouri: Traci Shepard Bretta Plumlee David Lindsey Caleb Nipple Andrew Snyder And I sincerely apologize to the Finance Manager, since I left his business card on Tracy’s desk by mistake the day I purchased my 2017 Chevrolet Single Cab Silverado 4 x 4 at Jim Falk Motors. The team in place at this dealership not only pursues the sale, this team also follows up with a personal approach towards providing quality interactive customer service. This provides a comfortable environment and becomes conducive to becoming a reputable business. One phone call and received instructions to provide down payment to hold truck, several emails(still getting them),and a visit to the dealership. The people at Jim Falk Motors are are on the right track. The “After the Sale” follow up with a personal approach towards customer interaction and satisfaction. I appreciate the opportunity to experience purchasing my truck from this dealership. I’m thankful that there is somewhere that people are providing assistance to those customers that require just a little more to provide to have a good piece of mind after their purchase. EXAMPLE; There was a vibration that I was hearing was due to one tire being out of balance. The service manager requested to ride along so he could hear what I was hearing while driving and after follow-up it was determined that a tire was out of balance and the situation was shortly resolved by providing a solution and I was on my way. Personally, anyone that wants to know where purchased my truck will not only get one of your business cards but will have your name given every time the question is raised. Please consider your dealership and the team “unique” because of quality service with a personal touch because this attitude is almost non-existence today for several reasons. Normally, I remove decals from vehicles that I purchase because I don’t get paid to advertise, but in the case I have chosen to keep them on because of how Iwas treated at Jim Falk Motors. I live in Wyandotte County, Kansas and the acronym for the county is “WY”, my license plate reads “RUAOK” so together it reads, ”WYRUAOK” which creates curiosity and promotes interaction regarding what the acronym represents and means and Jim Falk Motors is seen every time. This is good for both of us. I would like to say “THANK YOU” to each and every person that was involed with all my needs during this purchase. I had been looking for this truck for a while now and I’m certainly pleased with my purchase from Jim Falk Motors and most of all the interaction among the team members that were involved in the transaction from the start,finish, and “after the sale.” I will always first recommend Jim Falk Motors, Clinton, Missouri when asked, “Where did you get that “Falkin Truck?” I hope for good health and prosperity for all the team members.
