I got a diagnostic and was supposed to get a full checkup
I got a diagnostic and was supposed to get a full checkup of the car as I told the person but I didn't get a full checkup of the car. Instead, they only addressed the sound I told the my car was making and it turned out to be a snow plow marker stick that was stuck under my car. I paid for a diagnostic mainly to get a full checkup of the car but that didn't happen. All they did was remove that stick. Didn't even let me know how my brakes or anything else looked
