Overall experience was ok, we had done most of the pre work ahead of our appointment so things went pretty smooth when we got there. The salesperson did ok but did not seem very comfortable or knowledgeable with some of the questions that were asked about the vehicle and financing, and he had to ask for a lot of help. That’s fine, maybe he was newer to the role. Also, a couple days after we got home with the new vehicle we got a message saying that there were some papers that didn’t get signed at the dealership the day of the sale. Again, a smaller issue but attention to detail. One last thing is that the layout of the dealer ship seemed different as there were no offices so it wasn’t very private. Everybody was out in the open at separate tables. Like mentioned, it wasn’t a horrible buying experience but there are a few things that I did notice.
